Ghost-Chewie

Another day, another idea for a ghost. I had intended this to look much different and a bit more detailed, but it didn't work out that way i intended and i went for a much more simple approach, which i rather like.

Ambigrams

I've always wanted to draw an ambigram. I was never confident enough in my drawing skills to try it out but I am extremely confident in my arranging of blocks into geometric patterns. So I came up with this one, if you can't read it, it's my name:


After that, I figured I'd try and be a little less narcissistic and maybe do one for my wife, this time with a little color and rounded edges:

SPIDER-GHOST

After I created The Ghost of Sparta, I thought of other people I could turn into ghosts and I wanted to see if I could do spider-man. So i did. This is spider-ghost.

Ghost of Sparta

I rocked through God of War for the PS2 and I'm currently working my way through God of War 2 in preparation for God of War 3 this fall. As a result, I've had Kratos on the mind as of late so I made this image for him. Because I'm a nerd.

Space is the place

I'm a pretty big fan of space, so I made these space posters for fun.

This is some recent stuff that i've been messing around with, all done in illustrator. These are all for fun, becuase I like sloths, robots, and reading.

Ch-Ch Changes

So i haven't posted in a really long time with good reason. I got married. Went on a Honeymoon. Moved to Chicago, and got a new job all with in about 4 week and my life has only recently begun to slow down slightly. I'm still trying to figure out if i can post the work i've done for my new job without getting in trouble, because the last place wouldn't let me post anything at all lest I get sued or whatever. So this is something I did for fun, and I hope to update more often in the future.

Little Big Challenge 003

For those of you not familiar with Little Big Planet, i'd suggest reading up on it. I haven't been this excited for a video game since Super Nintendo. They've been rocking the marketing for this thing so far and they've even done a couple contests. I passed on the first two, but i couldn't pass up the third. It's a design your own SackBoy contest. This was done entirely in illustrator, with some prep work in photoshop and some google image searching for textures. This is my entry, i think the inspiration for it is fairly obvious.

Growing Green

This is a branding concept I'm working on. This was done in Illustrator, with a slightly modified version of the Ghosttown font from dafont.com.

I like it, and I talked to our printer and they already do soy-based inks and they have access to recycled paper. I haven't found out about organic cotton shirts yet, but the concept behind this is pretty obvious, how to increase your sales while remaining eco-friendly.
